The house is 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with separate toilet. You’ll have the choice of the room downstairs under the house in the garage or bedroom upstairs inside.
If you choose the bedroom downstairs you’ll have to go outside to get inside the house for use of bathroom, rest of house etc.
Big backyard, ceiling fans in bedrooms, pets accepted, driveway parking, balcony, close to the beach and shops/cafes.
