Hello our future housemate!
We have a cozy room available in our sunny 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home in beautiful Mount Coolum. We are right across from the walking track and only a 5-minute stroll to the beach, shops, and cafes. If you’re looking for an easygoing, clean and beachy vibe place to call home, this might be the perfect fit!

Who you would be living with
We’re Lucie, Ben, and Mo, all in our 30s, working full-time, super friendly and easy to get along with.
Ben and I own the property, and Mo is our tenant to whom we became a close friends with. We enjoy hanging out together, sharing a meal here and there, and keeping the house feeling warm and welcoming. We strive to get someone who is a positive, respectful and full-time worker/student.
We keep things quiet between 9pm and 6am to make sure everyone gets their downtime. Not a party house, no smoking, no heavy drinking.

🌟 We’re looking for someone who is positive, respectful, tidy and full-time worker/student. Someone who can stay for at least 6 months would be great. Non-smoker and honest person is a must. We cannot accomodate couples and pets, sorry.
