Hi there we are Small family of myself/dad my 12 year old daughter and our dog Rocky
I’m a builder and am at work all day 5 or 6 days a week and my daughter if not at school is doing endless after school activities .. we both also busy most weekends so we arnt around the house that much . It’s a generally quiet home in a great location with the beach only being 3mins walk away . Also the house is close to shops and a few cafes looking for students who need a place to study and relax
