We are Nic and Ryan, living in a beautiful townhouse - a little about us:
NIC - 29, working full-time running two businesses, from home most days, in Brisbane twice a week.
RYAN - 30, working full-time, likes social beers and F1.
BOSTON - our 9 yr old groodle x kelpie

We enjoy cooking, movies/tv, relaxing through the week and being social with friends over the weekend.

ROOMATE - Looking for a like-minded/relaxed person who is kind, clean/tidy, respectful, who likes their own space (and dogs). Preferring full time workers, who like to come home to a relaxed space.

RENT $350/week to be paid via direct debit.
RENT includes BILLS - wifi, electricity and water

SHARED: The shared part of the house is fully furnished and decorated, we just ask you to respect our things. You only need to furnish your room/nook area.
We have all streaming services on the TV downstairs. The aircon is in the shared living spaces, downstairs/upstairs. The shared spaces are fully furnished and stocked, including living, kitchen, laundry appliances and BBQ etc. We don't have much space for additional house furniture/appliances (downstairs).

PARKING: The garage and driveway are full however, there is safe parking spaces on the street next to the park (see pictures).

LOCATION: Great location in Brightwater Estate. Close access to Sunshine Motorway, 2 mins to the brightwater shops, 4km/8 mins to Mooloolaba/Kawana beaches and 7km to Sunshine Coast University Hospital.
