Hi future roommate.
Looking for easy going tenants in my waterfront townhouse. It’s nice and close to the university and Mooloolaba beach, can walk, ride or e scooter to both no problem… have had international university students and guys/girls with a working visa stay in the past and they loved it. Current room mates are in their early to mid 20’s and spends most of their days at work… super easy going, clean and tidy, on a working visa.

There’s a pool right out the front door and a canal out the back door. Clean and tidy roommates but also very easy to get along with.
There is one designated car park for the master bedroom tenant. There are other parks outside which you can usually get one. If you’re into SUP or canoeing etc… happy to figure out a way to store it… shelf mounted to fence etc. All new carpet throughout… not shown in photos. Super comfortable beds and couch.
