About the property
This is a large 5-bedroom house, and I'm looking to refill 2 rooms which are becoming available in Oct.
There is a large outdoor pool with plenty of space to enjoy the sun. The house also features two lounge spaces, a large kitchen, laundry facilities, and a second bathroom, shared between the two available rooms.
Living in the house will just be myself, in the master bedroom, one current flatmate (F27) and these two advertised rooms so the house won't feel crowded.
This is a great spot, just a 5-minute drive to Mooloolaba beach and centrally located to the hospital, university and shopping centres.

Hey! I’m a laid-back Kiwi, 27 years old and looking for someone to share my place in Mountain Creek. I work full-time as a civil engineer and spend my free time hitting the beach and staying active.
I love all things sports and outdoors such as pickleball, volleyball, running, hiking, camping, skiing. I like to wind down with reading and videogames.
I am a non-smoker and rarely drink, but I still love to have a laugh and be social. I also value having time to myself and relax.
