Rooms available for international students studying at USC, backpackers or those on a working holiday looking to explore the beautiful Sunshine Coast.
Property is a large and modern, 4 bedroom townhouse in quiet, central location in Mountain Creek.
Rooms are fully furnished and have built in wardrobes and ceiling fans as well as ducted air conditioning. There is a large, furnished balcony overlooking the park that adjoins Bedrooms 1 and 2. Bathroom is shared by maximum of 3 people.
The townhouse is fully furnished with dishwasher, BBQ, ducted air-conditioning and a good sized grassed outdoor area.
The complex has a great pool and BBQ area and is very central to all conveniences:
- 5 minutes to Bruce highway
- less than 10 minutes to beaches, Sunshine Coast University and Hospital
- 2 minutes to Aldi, cafes, gym and Brightwater Lake
- less than 5 minutes walk to nearest bus stop should you need public transport
- 20 mins to Sunshine Coast Airport
Electricity, Gas, Water, Internet and Lawn maintenance included in rent.
Professional cleaner comes fortnightly which is additional.
I also have an Australian Cobberdog who loves all humans and it's important to both of us that you are a dog lover that is comfortable with falling in love with her.......it happens every time lol!
It's also important that you follow the rules and basic commands she has been taught to reinforce good habits and make it enjoyable for everyone to have her around.

I am a single, self employed non-smoking female.
I like a clean, quiet home where we enjoy a chat and are happy to share a meal or movie night when schedules allow, but are also aware that everyone is busy doing life and are considerate of each other’s need for personal time and space.
I have had many international students/ travellers stay with me over the years and enjoy helping you settle in and familiarise yourself with the Sunshine Coast. My 12 years as a flight attendant also means I can assist with any travel you wish to do during your stay in Australia.
This home will suit mature minded, non-smoking people who are looking to contribute to a happy, peaceful vibe within the home. If you are respectful, value communication, are used to living with others and understand what is required to keep a clean and tidy home, then please feel free to contact me with any questions you may have or to arrange an in-person/virtual inspection.
