I’m a mature, friendly homeowner who values a calm, clean, well-communicated, and respectful living environment. I lead a fairly quiet, independent lifestyle and keep the home comfortable, well-maintained, and low-stress.
This setup suits someone who works full-time, shift work, an airport worker or FIFO, and appreciates having their own private space to come home to. I’m considerate of other people’s schedules (including early starts or late finishes) and value the same in return. I’m easy to communicate with and respectful of privacy.
