I’m a mature, friendly homeowner who values a calm, clean, well-communicated, and respectful living environment. I lead a fairly quiet, independent lifestyle and keep the home comfortable, well-maintained, and low-stress.
This setup suits someone who works full-time, shift work, an airport worker or FIFO, and appreciates having their own private space to come home to. I’m considerate of other people’s schedules (including early starts or late finishes) and value the same in return. I’m easy to communicate with and respectful of privacy.
I value a peaceful and low-drama household. This is a non-party home and would suit someone tidy, reliable, and mindful of shared spaces. Smoking and excessive guests aren’t a good fit. I am a relaxed person who genuinely enjoys getting to know others, having a laugh and sharing the occasional meal, while also being independent and respecting privacy.
I’m currently planning a potential relocation to Coffs Harbour later in the year (in approximately 5 months), hence the 5-month tenancy.
