Hi! We’re a quiet and respectful household of four including me, and we’re looking for someone to take over a room from 11 February. Everyone here works different hours and keeps to themselves, so the house stays very peaceful and you’ll have plenty of privacy. We don’t party or make loud noise, and we all appreciate a calm and tidy home.
The available room is spacious with a big built-in wardrobe. The bathroom is shared with only one other person. There’s off-street parking right next to the room, lots of storage throughout the house, and very low electricity costs thanks to solar panels. Internet is included in the rent.
