Quiet little area , just off the highway, near the golf course
The bedroom is standard 3x3 size. It can come with a hanging rail but no set wardrobe. Fits queen bed comfortably. I can provide a double mattress if needed.

Kitchen and bathroom have been renovated

The rent includes your water and electricity.
House only has a small hot water tank so will not suit someone who likes long hot showers.

House has external cameras and camera in loungeroom to keep watch of dogs.

Enough room to sunbake or play with the dogs in the backyard.
House has a magnesium plunge pool.
Area is extremelly quiet, therefore would not suit anyone coming and going after 10PM
