Laneway parking directly infront and street parking available around.
Home is fully furnished with washing & dryer machine. X2 fridges and pantry space available. Can offer storage space in garage along with bookshelves in main area & storage in hallway cupboard.
Bedroom is unfurnished, however current furniture can be arranged to stay. Double built in wardrobe and double power sockets. There is space enough for a Queen sized bed and x2 bedside tables. Room currently contains a double bed, study desk and chair and bookshelf with space to still move around.

About the flatmates
Hi! I’m moving interstate mid Jan 2026, and looking for someone to move into my room. There is currently three of us living in the home, one male in the master and female in the other bedroom.
We each work on the Coast, and all enjoy spending time at the beach, travel and exploring the cafes and restaurants around. We try and spend a meal together at least once a month when it suits our schedules, but also are respectful of each other’s spaces and routines. As there are shift workers in the house, during the day is often quiet for sleep or relaxation. We are looking for someone ideally 25 years or older.
