I will be moving out of my place at the end of January and am needing someone to take over the remainder of my part of the lease which ends at the end of April.
🏡 4 bedroom townhouse fully furnished. You'll have two rooms, one upstairs and one downstairs which can be used as either an extra bedroom or study/office. Both rooms will be unfurnished.

Ideally looking for someone of similar age who is easy going who values a comfortable, clean home and likes to have a chat and a laugh here and there. Open to considering couples.
