My house mate will be moving out at the end of January and am needing someone to take over the remainder of her lease with myself which ends at the beginning of May.

You'll be living with myself (26 yo female) and my 4 year old pug 🐶 I work Monday to Friday and enjoy's my space/quiet time and weekends catching up with friends or getting out and about.

We live in a 4 bedroom townhouse fully furnished. Bedrooms will be unfurnished. You'll have two rooms, You will have your own bathroom and car space available in the garage. On street parking is also available.
Ideally looking for someone who is easy going who values a comfortable, clean home and likes to have a chat and a laugh here and there.

Open to couples or more than one person (preferably female), as long as you are willing to share a bathroom with each other.
Rent $350/w single person otherwise split evenly with 3 people $233/w pp
Bond $1400 single, $700 pp weekly for rent
Wifi, water and electricity split evenly
Lease ends beginning of May with the option to stay longer.
