About the property
I have one (potentially two) bedrooms for rent in a 3 bedroom home in Nirimba, Aura. I’m open to renting out the second room for the right house dynamic. There is room to make your own space in a share house with myself and a sociable staffy, Bunji. The room is ready now however, I’m happy to wait for the right person.
The house has three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a powder room / half bathroom. You have a choice between two rooms and primarily have the main bathroom to yourself, except for the occasional house guest. The room can come furnished with a bed or unfurnished.

I work in HR in the environmental consulting industry, mostly from home and occasionally work from the Sunshine Coast or Brisbane office. I live a healthy, active and conscious lifestyle and enjoy spending time in nature. I take daily beach or forest walks with Bunji.
Relevant information: I’m looking to create a zen space at home. I like to keep common living spaces clean. The room is available to non-smokers only sorry.
I’m open to sharing occasional or semi frequent meals depending on dietary preferences however, also happy to maintain independence here.
For obvious reasons you must like dogs. Bunji is a bundle of personality and pure goodness that thrives as part of the household.
