We’d be asking for 2 weeks advance rent payment and 1 week bond upfront.
Please note as a share house with children, we do not allow overnight visitors and limit visiting guests.

Hi
We have a 4-bed house and are renting out 3 rooms with your own spacious shared bathroom. We have 1 room that will be available in the first week of February and another in end of March.
We are a simple young family with 2 kids. We love to cook, surf, music and share occasional meals :) We’re looking for an individual who are considerate, don’t mind a toddler energy around.
This is not a party house, you can instead enjoy a family friendly neighbourhood with walking trails at the back and wake up to birds and surrounding nature.
We’re looking for someone who can stay for 3 months minimum.
