Resort style living with beautiful pool, barbecue area, Private bathroom. Quiet and peaceful, only 50 meters walk to the Noosa River with restaurants, bars, shops, bus and boat ferry. Seven minutes drive to Noosa Junction and Main Beach, and a short walk to Noosa Village and surrounding shops. The apartment has a great indoor/outdoor feel. Lots of natural light and greenery all round. Nice Patio with table and chairs, and a beautiful cross breeze throughout .There are fans in every room, and air conditioning in the in main living area. Large smart TV and everything you could need in the kitchen. Washing machine and dryer. Your room has built in wardrobe mirrored doors, draws, bedside tables and lamp. Nice big window looking out to trees, with blinds that block out light. Queen bed, fan, carpeted floor. You will have a large private bathroom to yourself with, bathtub, shower and plenty of space for storage in the vanity. Unlimited WiFi and electricity to be split. You will only be Sharing with myself, I work a lot, weekends, nights included. So wanting someone responsible, to know my place is well looked after when I'm not there. Chilled and respectful, that keeps the house clean and tidy. Sorry no pets. No couples and prefer someone working full time, and not working from home.
