Shared bathroom with one other $ 350 would consider, but for very short term only , 2 females to share room with the two king singles , at an additional $40 per night for extra person , water , internet , electricity included. You are required to do basic clean each week or alternate fortnight with each other

It’s a clean tidy 4 bedroom 2 bathroom townhouse with an outside side seating dining available, kitchen is modern and pretty organised , I have my own bathroom and bedroom downstairs
Parking would most likely be on the street , of what is a quieter area , 10 minutes walk to supermarket ,bottle shop ,pharmacy etc
And close to bus stops. 4 th bedroom is kept for my adult children who very rarely stay. So you will have your own room which has two king singles in it , bond is required as mentioned and standard practice, happy to provide numbers of past tenants for personal references on myself
