We’re two kind, easygoing housemates who enjoy a balanced, intentional lifestyle. Our days are centred around work and study, and we value simple routines that keep life calm and aligned, including time in nature, cooking nourishing meals, movement, learning, and rest.
We’re early risers, usually up between 4 and 6 am on workdays, so this home suits someone on a similar rhythm and likely won’t suit night owls or late sleepers.
We’re mindful about creating a home that feels peaceful, supportive, and emotionally spacious, a place where everyone can do their own thing while sharing the space with mutual respect.
The house itself is bright, spacious and calm, with open living areas, a private pool, and a lovely flow throughout. We’re close to Gympie Terrace, cafés, shops, parks and public transport, a home that genuinely feels good to come back to.
We’re looking for a flatmate who:
• Brings positive, low drama energy
• Is clean and respectful, and naturally tidies shared spaces
• Communicates in a clear, warm and practical way
• Is comfortable with quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am and an early morning household

• Is a non smoker, no pets
• Ideally seeking short term accommodation with some flexibility
