Noosaville, Sunshine Coast

I'm looking for one person to be a co-tenant for the property I'm currently renting. It's a newly renovated Tudor style townhouse in the heart of Noosaville with 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. You'd have the main bedroom and en-suite. Share kitchen, living area, balcony and barbeque area.

The lease is current until 23/09/26 though of course we would probably be offered a renewal when that expires.

The property is a few minutes' walk to the Noosa River, supermarket, Dan Murphy's, bus stop and Gympie Terrace with its cafes and restaurants. A 10-minute bus ride to Noosa main beach.

Your half of the rent would be $375 a week and your half of the bond $1500. We'd share other expenses such as power, but you'd be welcome to use my wi-fi at no cost.

Kitchen appliances include cold press juicer, blender and espresso coffee machine. Dishwasher, of course.

I'm a retired IT professional. A fit bike rider. Very laid back and easy to get along with. Happy to let you do your own thing and share the occasional bottle of wine on the balcony or down by the river.

Currently building several online businesses.

Totally non-judgmental and relaxed.
