About the flatmates
Looking for someone to either rent my room for 4 weeks (22nd Feb - 22nd March 2026) or to move in 22nd Feb and take over a new 6 month lease.
The bond will be $1200.
The room is furnished with a bed/bedside table and has a wardrobe with plenty of space.
You will need your own bedding and pillows.
Room has a window with fly screen & a fan.
Living with one woman and one man (3 bedrooms in total) both work full time.
There is a pool, hot tub and sauna at the resort. It’s very peaceful with great facilities.
Room mate has to be clean, tidy & respectful.
Only single occupancy, no couples (sorry).
There is a shared kitchen and living area and TV downstairs.
Such a great spot right near the river/gympie Terrace. Restaurants & coffee shops within walking distance and also really close to woolies.
