Walking distance to Coles supermarket and bus stop if you are a student. 3 minutes drive to the beach, and 5 minutes drive into Maroochydore.
Will be sharing the place with just myself, so you'll have plenty of space to yourself. Looking for one person in their 20s or early 30s. I'm currently in the process of decorating the place even further, so please expect an even better living space! I would welcome you to decorate and make the place your own while you're here, if you do intend to stay a while
