The available room is currently furnished with a double bed, desk, cupboards and a ceiling fan. The furniture can be removed if housemates have there own. The house is charming with archways throughout and recently painted inside and out. The kitchen is band new with a gas cooktop, new oven, a large fridge and a new dishwasher. I maintain the house with regular weekly cleaning. The location is close to restaurants and shops including Coles at Pacific Paradise. There is also a great Yoga studio 5 minutes drive from the house :) Pacific Paradise is central on the Sunshine Coast with Maroochydore a 10 minute drive, Noosa 30 minutes and the university is 20 minutes. It is very easy to access the Sunshine Motorway. Electricity, gas, internet and water costs are included in the rent. High speed unlimited internet NBN.
