The room has centralised ducted aircon and a fan and also includes a built in wardrobe. It’s a private room with shared shower, toilet and vanity.
The house has a living area upstairs with a ping-pong table.
There is fridge space and dedicated pantry you’re free to use and keep pantry/fridge stuff.
Parking can be in garage or on street. However there is not lots of room for storage in garage.
Internet and water is included. Pay Electricity monthly split between us.

About the flatmates
Hi my names Clayton and I’m in my 20s. I’m a surveyor and I mostly work away and when I’m around love spending time enjoying the coast.
Currently there are 2 other flatemates, one who is Singaporean and in his late 20s, and he works as a dentist. He has a busy schedule and is usually away most weekends so is often quiet on the weekends. And another fellas in his late 20s and is a high school teacher.
This is not a party house, but somewhere you can relax and enjoy living on the coast.
We all have varying schedules, so sometime there might not be heaps of interaction with us. However I’m alway keen for a chat or to do something.
I am looking for someone who is mature, working and is fairly clean and tidy.
