Palmview, Sunshine Coast

Property was built Nov 2022, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a single garage which I use.

A little courtyard with my Ziggy BBQ and bar fridge set up out the back and a herb/veggie garden around the side.

Wi-Fi, smart TV, gas hot water and stove top, air con in the living room and fans in the bedrooms. Study nook there if needed, I work from home one day per week on a Wednesday. I am a big music fan so have an electric drumkit (headphones so no audible sound) and guitars/mic set up for playing when time allows.

There is on street parking, usually a spot right in front available.

The room itself has a built-in wardrobe that has a hanging rod and a few drawers with large shelf at the top for storage. The room contains a queen size bed, bedside table and lamp. There is minimal room for extra storage.
You will have the main bathroom. The main toilet (which is seperate from the bathroom) will be shared as it is the one closest to the living areas (cleaning will be shared too though).
Note – the main bathroom contains the only bath in the house, so I may occasionally use this, with notice :)

You will only be sharing with myself! Will be looking for someone who works full time and is mindful of sharing space.

I have friends over for the occasional dinner party (which you would be welcome to join) but no huge parties. House is to be kept tidy and clean at all times. Open to splitting the cost for a monthly cleaner if that’s of interest. I love cooking so I have a lot of good quality kitchen equipment which you are welcome to use, as long as it's looked after. My wonderful neighbours look after the lawn.

No couples and no children please, as the house would only be comfortable with 2 people.
