About the flatmates
Hi! Our place has a room available now for an individual (preferably long term) looking for a place to call home in the sippy downs/Palmview area.
The room is featured in an air-conditioned modern house in the Village Green estate in Palmview. There’s a park directly across the road and plenty of driveway and on-street parking available. It’s a friendly neighbourhood with a school on the other side of the park.
Your bedroom has a ceiling fan and built-in wardrobe with sliding mirror. You would be sharing a toilet & bathroom with one other male. Being clean is a must.
The house has two separate living areas and decent sized outdoor living area and backyard. The house is shared with a couple (24F & 29M) and another 29 yo friend. It’s a relaxed and respectful house so we’re after someone who fits in with that dynamic.
We also have an 18 month old cocker spaniel, Louie who runs the house & offers unlimited play time and cuddles so unfortunately no more pets sorry. 🐾
5 minute drive to the uni and local shops and 15 minute drive to the beach.
$250 weekly. $500 bond.
All bills (electricity, water, wifi) are included in the room price. Room is available immediately.
