Looking for individual or couple to rent out 2 x rooms in newly built house (approaching handover). Shared with 1 x male in late 20’s that works FIFO 2/2.
Rent would include 2 x bedrooms for singles or both rooms for a couple. 1 for bed and 2nd to make your own lounge room to have your own separate space when needed. No pets please as occasionally when home will have a 2 year old bulldog so must be okay with an inside animal at times.
No parties/ big drinkers/ drugs.
Looking for someone/couple who is clean, respectful and easy going.
