Own bedroom & own bathroom. 3 bedroom house. Close to SCUH. 5 minute walk to transport. Quite area. I am a non-smoker and do not drink and I don't have children stay over. I have one dog which is very friendly once they know you. She's happy to play anytime but also prepared to lay down and leave her alone once she knows that's what she has to do. Otherwise, love is to walk and play ball. The house has one air conditioner which can spread throughout the house.
