About the flatmates
I am in my early 50's and work in construction, bit of an early-bird but quiet in the mornings. I have an 19 yr old daughter that lives with me and a 31 yr old daughter that stays every 2nd weekend. Hence why I only want a female here. Plus I work around men all day and couldn't live with one, Sorry to all the guys that do make contact!
The bathroom is shared by the girls only! We have 2 cats that are family, and have tried to share with another cat before but it didn't work out, so no other pets. .. Street parking only but it is quiet street. Local shops, tavern and servo are 2 minutes away. Bedroom is larger than usual, and it is a rather large home with big yard and pool. Nice kitchen if you like to cook?
