Situated on Peregian's beachfront, the 10mtr wide balcony has uninterrupted ocean views where we get sun drenched mornings and idealic sundowner evenings and ocean breeze. The path to the beach is directly across the road and the walk into Peregian village is about 8 mins.
Room #1 $400 / wk + $50 for utilities / cleaner per week:
This spacious main bedroom (4.5mtrs x 3.5mtrs) has ample wardrobe space, under bed storage and its own balcony. Fully furnished including:

* The bills equate to $50 a week include Fibre high speed internet, water, electricity and cleaner once a month. This is paid on top of the listed rent price.
* Work from home incurs extra utilities of $15 a day

* You must work full time (5 days a week / 40hours).
