5-10 minute drive to Peregian Beach.

Fully furnished with Queen bed and extremely comfortable mattress.
Large wardrobe with mirror sliders.

Room 2(separate private bathroom) : FULLY FURNISHED with own separate bathroom **** available AUGUST****
Separate “open set” wet room bathroom with shower and large bathtub. (Note: bathtub is used on rare occasion on weekends/school holidays by my 5 year old, otherwise large bathroom is completely yours)

Private Outdoor area access from bedroom table and chairs.

New home, so all fixtures in both rooms are new. Block-out curtains. Air-conditioning. (Use in dry/eco mode only, otherwise extra power usage will be charged) . TV port in room.

Parking - 3 options -
1st option: on grass out front (suitable for large vehicle)
2nd option: (Extra Charge) Garage space available for parking (medium to small vehicles only- must not leak oil ) +$5 per week (** NOT included in room rental)
3rd option visitor parking / driveway

Looking for an easy going, down to earth, CLEAN and tidy housemate who is happy for a chat and happy to give each other privacy. Also would be lovely to have helpful hand around the house for common use areas inside and outside.

MUST work full time

NOTE: Couple is $50 extra per week towards house bills.

House bills included in rent : power, water, gas, high speed internet, house cleaning products, yard maintenance, gym access, community pool access, community BBQ occasional use of wellness centre (extra $$ for frequent use)
