About the property
We have two rooms available which are offered as a single package for the one rental, ideally for a lady ,man or a couple. One room is a bedroom (with inbuilt wardrobe and two sets of shelves). Also has bedroom furniture .
The other room is larger and to be set up as a combined private lounge/office/dining area. It has just been repainted. This second lounge room area has a private entrance and potentially we can set up a mini kitchenette in there. Although there is a large kitchen ,with butlers pantry to share.The private entrance is from this lounge room for you and has a sliding glass door ,which opens onto the yard and pool area. The private access is from the side garden which leads out from the sliding glass door.
A beautiful bathroom with shower and a bath ,and separate toilet is connected to the hallway from bedroom. Essentially the bathroom, toilet and two rooms are all in one wing of the house and have a nice teenager son whose not home much at all and is actually polite anc genuine young msn about to start uni and has a part time job.
The main lounge room connects this wing of the house onto the main kitchen and dining. The main kitchen is large with a butlers pantry ,well equipped and kept clean. We hope to have a tidy person or couple who are open to pitching in to maintain a tidy kitchen.
The main feature is our newly built pool area of which we hope you make good use of.

I am growing many herbs, fruit trees a veggie garden and several outdoor hang out areas including a private one for you.
Prefer a tenant or couple that works full time ,has some interests in common and a car is most useful in this suburb.

About the flatmates
I am considered a nice woman in my early 60s with a 17-year-old son,recently widowed . I am into yoga,the ,gym and light gardening . My son startsuniversity in March this year. He’s a polite tall young man, with a part-time job, and likes hanging out with friends, always out of the home.
We have two dogs, that sleep outside and a wonderful pool and garden with fruit trees, veggies, herbs and flowers growing.We live a quiet routine life, are respectful and willing to share our home with the right person or couple perhaps even a house friendly capable mature man .
The house is thoroughly cleaned each week. We arelooking for someone mature, tolerant, appreciative of a beautiful home and garden, with a large well maintained pool..its almost essential to have a car here and be willing to work together a little bit with that such as a trip to the supermarket weekly or the odd ride ,for me if thats ok.
