About the flatmates
I am a single dad of two girls aged 6 and 7 that I share custody with my ex-partner. Generally I have the girls stay with me two or three days a week maximum. I work full time as a police officer (shift worker). I’m easy going with a laid back approach to life. I do like a clean and tidy house and take pride in where I live. The house is rented from friends of mine so there will be no real estate property manager. Happy to do things by the book and have RTA contracts for your peace of mind if that’s what you want. I own a very friendly Staffordshire Terrier and although he is super social with other dogs I don’t think two dogs would work. I lead a pretty active lifestyle and am not really a home body but happy if you are. Ideally I’m looking for a mature female or stable mature couple ($600pw) who work full time and who are clean and tidy. Rent includes electricity, water, internet, Netflix, Prime, pool cleaner and gardener.
