Fully furnished share house with quality furnishings 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, open plan house on a beautiful acreage in the thriving town centre of Pomona. Air conditioning in open plan area. Fans in bedrooms. Plenty of room for cars or trailers, however, no garage. Absolutely no smoking/vaping/e-cigarettes anywhere on the property.

This property's set up is unique and we care about who lives here as you'll be sharing the land with us and our animals. There is a 4th bedroom and 2nd bathroom at one end of the house that will be inaccessible to housemates as this is utilised for my home-based business. Entry to that section of the house is through a separate external door so clients won't have access to the main house. My husband and I live in a separate dwelling about 80m up the hill.

You will be living in community with us and you'll see me around the property maintaining it, collecting macadamia nuts, mangoes, mandarins or oranges all around the house.

The room prices are for singles. Unfortunately, we can't accept any pets as we have our own and there's plenty of wildlife, particularly the kangaroos, hares and ducks that hang around.

The board for the room is inclusive of internet, electricity, gas and water with a 'fair use' policy in place regarding electricity.
