My name is Jacob. I'm a 24yo male working full time. Renting out the third room in my townhouse that I own. You would be sharing the house with myself and sharing the bathroom with one other tenant. The other tenant is a 20yo female who you would be sharing a bathroom with.
I am heavily involved in sport so will not be home all of the time. I am quiet but enjoy catching up in common areas and will share a meal and watch some TV on occasion.
