About the property
It is a 4 bedroom home that is full of natural light with high ceilings & fans. There is aircon in the living area only. I just moved in and have given the place a facelift with new laminate flooring, blinds, carpets and a new coat of paint. I’ve furnished most of the house incl lounge room, dining, home office and a spare bedroom w queen bed leaving one room empty. There is also a nice grassy backyard with outdoor lounge and bbq. It feels like a home rather than a sharehouse.
I’m looking to share with one other female, you would have:
- exclusive use of the main bathroom/toilet (apart from when guests visit)
- a large bedroom with new carpet that can fit a queen bed, 2 bedsides and a study desk (if needed) & BIR. (Queen mattress in picture for scale) 3.7x 3m
It is a 2 min walk to the bus stop, 7 min walk to usc and close to walking tracks/lake, boost juice, coles etc.

Im Kelly, 31 year old female who recently moved to the coast from Brisbane for the awesome lifestyle!
On weekends I enjoy volunteering, catching up with friends, heading outdoors to the beach or a coffee and walk or relaxing at home. I am bubbly and enjoy a social chat and sharing a meal or movie once in a while, but also enjoy my alone time while at home and value privacy. I enjoy a clean and tidy space and expect the same in a flatmate.
Weekdays I work full time from my home office powered by caffeine, followed by a walk or Pilates.
I have a large 4 year old staffy x named Simba who loves people, but enjoys being an only child so no extra pets, sorry.
