4 bedroom house in sippy downs, 5 minute drive from the Uni and Shopping Center. We are aiming to keep 1 bedroom as a spare room for any guests and people who stay which you’re more than welcome to use for friends/family.
There’s the main lounge, kitchen, and dining room which we all share along with an empty second lounge which we are currently looking to add a pool table and 2nd TV to share. Nice basic and easy to keep backyard and deck with a table and chairs, and there’s storage space in the garage for anything you have also. You will have your own ensuite bathroom.

About the flatmates
You’ll be living with 2 really cruisy guys aged 24 and 26.
Ben, 24 works as a diesel fitter and plays rugby socially. Loves to have a chat and socialise but still enjoys his downtime.
Andrew, 26 works as a Medic in Patient Transport and plays AFL for Maroochydore. A very social person and friendly, but again enjoys his own time to chill and wind down.
We are both very clean and tidy, sharing the cleaning duties and contributing to a clean and homely house. Ideally we are after someone 22y or older and is working/studying, will clean up after themselves and pitch in on the household chores, and will get along well with us as it’s important to enjoy each others company. The room does have a double bed in it which you’re welcome to use, otherwise you can bring your own too!
