Our home is a spacious, well-laid-out house with four bedrooms and a private media room, giving everyone plenty of space to relax and unwind. We currently have one room set up as a makeup room and another used as a home office for a former housemate who worked from home. The private media room can also be used as a bedroom if desired. This means there are plenty of rooms to choose from, depending on what suits you best.
We also have a medium-sized backyard, perfect for enjoying some fresh air or a quiet moment outside.
The house is located on a family-friendly, respectful street and is within easy walking distance to bus stops, making commuting simple and convenient. It’s a calm, comfortable home that feels safe, welcoming, and easy to settle into.

About the flatmates
Hi! We’re looking for a like-minded housemate to join our relaxed and friendly home.
You’ll be living with me and my partner, Adrian. We both work full time and are very easy-going people. We don’t smoke and rarely drink, and most weekends you’ll find us out for walks, visiting family, or just keeping things low-key.
We also have a small Moodle named Willow, she’s the calmest, most relaxed dog you’ll ever meet and absolutely loves everyone.
We’re hoping to find someone who is clean and respectful , who values quiet time but is also happy to share a lunch or have a chat now and then. We’re super easy to get along with and tend to mesh well with just about everyone.
You’ll have your own bedroom and will share a bathroom with one other person. The house is fully furnished with all the essentials (fridge, washing machine, couch, etc.) you’ll just need to bring your own bedroom furniture.
We’re located only 5 minutes from SCU, so we’re more than happy to have a student.
