About the property
The house has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, plus an additional guest toilet in the living area. Parking is street parking with clearly marked lines, and there is generally plenty of space available.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an air fryer, electric kettle, and a coffee machine (capsules not included). Dishwashing liquid, hand soap, and toilet paper are provided. I make an effort to keep the house clean and comfortable, so cleaning is done regularly.
The bathroom you would be using is separated from the toilet, which makes it convenient and comfortable to use. The room comes furnished with a wardrobe, a desk and chair, and a small bedside table. Bedding can also be provided if needed.
The refrigerator is shared with another housemate, but it is a large fridge with plenty of space, so storage should not be an issue.
