This is a very clean and quiet house. I am home owner and I look after the house very well. I work early in the morning so we are VERY QUITE at night after 8PM as I go to bed early. Looking for day-shift workers or uni students, who clean up after themselves and make no noise by 9PM the latest. This is a family home so no parties or sleepover.

No pets - No couples - No smokers

I know there seems like a lot to ask but this is the cleanest and quietest shared accomodation you could possibly find. Common areas will be cleaned every week. You are only required to vacuum your room weekly. This would perfectly suit someone who is looking for a quiet place to stay for their study or work on the Sunshine Coast.

Cost saving on transports or cars for individuals who work/study at the University of the Sunshine Coast. This location is only a short drive to everywhere (beaches, Maroochydore CBD, USC hospital):
- 5 minutes shortcut walk to the USC main bus stop
- 15 mins bus to Landsborough train station
- 15 mins drive to Maroochydore/Mooloolaba/Caloundra
- 15 mins drive to the University Hospital
- 1hr to Brisbane by car, 2 hrs by train.

The neighbourhood offers:
