The cleanest and quietest shared house you could possibly find. I am home owner and I look after the house well. I work early in the morning so it is VERY QUITE at night as I go to bed early.
Looking for a day-shift worker or uni student, who cleans up after themselves and make no noise by 9PM the latest. This is a family home so no party or sleep-over.
Common areas will be cleaned every week. You are only required to vacuum your room weekly and clean after yourself after using the sharing area. This would perfectly suit someone who is looking for a quiet place to stay for their study or work on the Sunshine Coast.
This location is only a short drive to everywhere (beaches, Maroochydore CBD, USC hospital):
- University of the Sunshine Coast and main bus stop is 5 minute walk away.
- 15 mins drive to Maroochydore/Mooloolaba/ Caloundra
- 15 mins drive to the University Hospital
- 1hr to Brisbane by car, 2 hrs by train
