The house is a large high-set Queenslander country-style house on a very big block. Clean and comfortable, located in a quiet Court with great hinterland views. We have a huge backyard with an vegetable garden, you are welcome to grow some veggies usually in the cooler months though.

The rooms are furnished with screened windows, desks, fans, wardrobes, and chests of drawers.
The house has 3 refrigerators.
The bedrooms toilet and bathroom have privacy locks on the doors.
The house has a main bathroom with a separate toilet and one master bedroom with a toilet/shower ensuite.
Alfresco dinning and gas cooking area with charcoal and regular gas BBQs as well as an outside potbelly wood heater for winter.

THE WEEKLY RENT INCLUDES WATER, GAS, ELECTRICITY, FREE USE OF WASHING MACHINE, conditions apply. BBQ, UNLIMITED HOUSE WIFI (NBN 50mbps)

Linen doona's sheets and towels are supplied as well as cleaning products.
All cooking needs gas cooktop, microwave/oven, air fryer, 3 rice cookers pots pans and utensils etc, water purifier and Aldi/Vittoria capsule coffee machine.
The cleaning of the common area, guests bathroom and toilet is shared on a rostered weekly basis.
You also need to keep your room clean.

LOCATION:
5 minutes walk to Grasstree Ct bus stop at Sunrise Beach shops. The cost is currently 0.50cents each way.
12 minutes by bicycle to Noosa Junction the distance is 1.8km.
10 minutes walk to Sunrise Beach distance of 900mts to beach access No36 and No37.
The beach is patrolled by a lifeguard during the Christmas and Easter holidays between beach access No.37 and No.36 on Tingira Cr. There are showers and toilets as well as the Beach Chalet Café which as great food and coffee.

I require 2 week's rent and 2 weeks' bond IN ADVANCE ON ARRIVAL.
