A portable Aircon is in the room for any hot days/nights works brilliantly, there's also a heater for any chilli mornings.

Hi, I have a cool little townhouse with a tropical garden, raised garden beds for vege's, rainwater tanks and partly self sufficient..It's situated a few streets back from sunrise beach. There's a sheltered paved outdoor living area, great for morning yoga (if u r into that).
If you love plants, the beach/outdoors, birds, growing herbs and veges and the ocean you'll love it here.

I'm Looking to share with 1 other will consider a couple, price would be $450 a week....($900 bond).
I ask that you be respectful, clean and reliable, happy to accommodate a pet too, luv dogs.

You MUST be working (NOT from home).

YOU MUST BE CLEAN AND TIDY AND PROPERLY WASH DISHES I AM NOT YOUR SLAVE OR CLEANER.

I eat fish/meat so if your VEGAN you will have to consider that, all age groups considered if your still in teens you MUST be working, full time and NOT at home.

Short term agreements for travellers (4 +months may be considered)

I run my own business's, I'm home sporadically Weekdays. I'm a 50 yr old Male, Ex Military, I am straight to the point and off the shoulder, always cracking jokes, I have no energy to waste on the disrepectfuI.
I cook fresh and from scratch, always xtra offered. I also make Natropathic tinctures/medicines ect, I am all about positive vibes, keeping it chill and drama free, lot's of buddha's, crystals, books, prayer flags and affirmations.

My business caters to the hospitality/tourism/transport and security industries, I also run a handyman/gardener service, so sometimes mine gets neglected, extra points to any flatmate who like to water or do a little leaf cleanup, not expected tho.
Through 30yrs of Security, I know the 'scene' backwards. NOT interested in a party house or a 'player' lifestyle, if your into pingers, pipes, vapes or powders THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU.

OUTDOOR smokers may be considered...Definately NO Vapers.

CLEANLINESS: IMPORTANT! I do a thorough clean (All surfaces) at least once a week. For those with long hair please keep the bathroom and of course YOUR ROOM tidy. I avoid pharmaceuticals/chemicals like the plague so I use chemicals sparingly.

There is on-street parking and public bus stops are 3 within 200m.

Internet: I use Telstra and it's the best for coverage, vodafone is also good and more affordable. You will need your own device (dongels or hot spot from phone) Optus is absolutely shite here, INTERNET is NOT included.

I offer basic rooming agreements, with Trial/notice periods and bonds etc everything is up front. Please note security and privacy is important. 2 weeks rent upfont in advance and 2 weeks bond (Be honest people..it's all I can say)..

The room is available if the ad is up, YOU MUST enquire with a little about yourself, your work situation (where/what you do/how long you have been there), pets, length of stay, special requirements (if any), I use the above as a way of vetting people, sorry if it sounds harsh. I can negotiate the rent for the right person etc.
