In a quiet cul-de sac in Sunrise Beach, we have 1 spacious, furnished, double bedroom available. Single female preferred - the same as the existing tenant. Together the two rooms have the entire downstairs apartment. Minimum of 3 months stay.

10 min walk/ 2 min drive to the beach, nearby bus that goes directly to Noosa Junction and Hastings Street, national park and bike path access at the end of the street, Sunrise Shops incl. (supermarket and pharmacy) 10 min walk.

Together, the tenants have the entire ground floor of the house, complete with:

- Independant access from the street and to the pool and backyard
- A large, poolside bedroom with queen bed, furniture and big, built-in wardrobe
- A bright, spacious living area, separate kitchenette and office
- A bathroom and separate toilet, shared by both tenants
- Kitchenette contains 2 bar fridges (one each), microwave, airfryer, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery etc
- Direct access to the shared full laundry, incl. detergent
- Includes all utilities, internet, linen and cleaning supplies
- No bond, but first and last week rent to be paid up front

The home is owned by a mother and daughter, who value their privacy and live upstairs. So quiet, women preferred. Travelers are welcome. Strictly no parties. Proof of income essential. There is a cat on the property.
