The bedroom is fully furnished with a queen bed, side tables and a built-in robe with shelving and hanging space - you have the best sunset views from this room! You will need your own linen.

THE HOUSE
We live in a double-storey house with a lovely front yard featuring a fire pit and a large outdoor table. Downstairs is an open-plan living and kitchen area filled with natural light and fresh air. The house has been furnished with care and love, and all the bedrooms are upstairs, giving everyone plenty of privacy.
Please note: this is a relaxed home for those who enjoy a peaceful lifestyle (it’s definitely not a party house).
HOUSEKEEPING
We love a tidy home, so keeping things clean and organized is important to us. We have a rotating cleaning schedule, where everyone takes turns cleaning the common areas once every third week.

Both of my flatmates are moving out so you would be sharing a house with myself abd whoever rents the other bedroom. I am an early birds and have quite an active lifestyle :) Our routine usually allows us to enjoy the house on our own and sometimes cook together, or have a drink or two, play some rummy and catch up with life :)
COSTS
Rents is $380/week (including Wi-Fi and general cleaning products). We will split bills (electric, water, etc) and a 4-week bond is required.
Included: general cleaning products (not included your laundry liquid/softner), toilet paper subscription.
We’re looking for someone respectful and easy going to share our place with 😊
