About the property
Our beloved flatmate is moving out to explore Australia and his bedroom will be available from the end of February on in our 3 bed home in sunshine beach 🌞

▫️ We will be 3 in total in the house (not a party house whatsoever)

Our place is:
• Right in front of a bus stop
• 5’ walking from Noosa National Park 🏃🏽♀️➡️
• 10’ walking from the junction (particularly handy when you’re having a night out) 🍸
• 10’ walking down to Sunshine Beach and Surf Club 🐚
We live in a double store house with a nice front yard with a fire pit, a large table and a living/kitchen open space downstairs. The bedrooms are all upstairs, which gives us plenty of privacy.
We love our house, our plants and the vibe here very much :)
• $400/week (includes WiFi, cleaning products, toilet paper subscription, etc) *electricity and water bill will be divided evenly by the 3 of us*
• 2x week rent in advance + 2x week bond required

About the flatmates
You would be sharing a house with myself and Nina, both of us working full time during week days. Our routine usually allows us to enjoy the house on our own and sometimes cook together, or have a drink or two, play some rummy and catch up with life :)
The house has 3 bedrooms and you will be sharing the bathroom with a Nina, who is super tidy and respectful :) I have my own bathroom and we will be sharing the balcony.
We’re looking for someone respectful and easy going to look after and enjoy our home
