Walking distance to beach, shops, near bus stops and surf club. Quiet and peaceful household. Large socials are held mostly outside the house.

Would prefer to start with 1-3 months and see now it works out then longer term agreement.

~I am a very early riser and like to get things done prior to work.

-Coffees/esspresso maker on at 6 am.
If your bothered by early noise, probably not suitable.

~Clean and tidy house is a non-negiotable. No clutter.

~Expect the kitchen clean after use/no dishes in sink/dish towers. ~Someone happy to help with chores (general yard & pool skimming) Alternating vac/mopping weeks.
