About the property
This a a quiet townhouse with 2.5 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms in a gated community with a pool and bbq area. It is close to the beach which is 10mins walk or 800m. Shops are close by as well as a bus stop right at the front door. Birtinya Shopping centre is 5mins drive. Sunshine Coast Hospital is nearby as well as Wurtulla Beach and Currimundi Lakes. It’s a beautiful area to live.
The property is modern with all new furnishings and appliances throughout. Electricity and internet is included in the rent. The kitchen and living area is open plan with a small laundry area in the double garage.
Secure garage parking is available for an extra $25 per week or else there is street parking. Aircon has just been installed and there is ceiling fans. You will share the main bathroom with one other person and there is another toilet downstairs. This is an unfurnished room.
I have an outdoor shower outside for when you come home from your walk along the beach. This area is central to everything and I’m sure you’ll enjoy living here.

About the flatmates
I am 27 years old and work in outdoor recreation. I enjoy a variety of outdoor activities including mountain climbing, skateboarding and self-defence. I am a bit of an introvert when in my own space, but also happy to have a chat and hang out too. I enjoy travelling and most weekends I am in Brisbane working and require people who will take care of my property when away.
I love being active, and I am usually working most days, but if I have a chance I will either be doing something outside with friends or watching my fav shows at home or at the movies.
I am looking for one female to share the townhouse with myself and another female flatmate. I am looking for someone easy-going and happy to also have a chat but also respectful of one another’s privacy. I like to be clean and tidy, and I am looking for people who also like to keep their area clean and will share cleaning duties ,and are communicative and friendly. I have also recently taken ownership of a cat and so I am wanting someone who doesn’t mind sharing our common space with my small friend.
This will suit someone who has employment and is single. I am happy for short-term lease or longer as suits. A lease agreement and bond is required. No couples, pets, children or smokers. This is not a party house, and as it is in a quiet gated community,y you will need to be mindful of the bylaws of the complex relating to parking and excess noise.
