This is a prime location at a great price. You’ll have a shared balcony looking over Wurtulla Foreshore Bushland Reserve. The two-story property backs onto the bike bath that runs from Point Cartwright to Currimundi. Only 3km from the Sunshine Coast University Hospital and 11km from University of the Sunshine Coast. You really can’t get any closer to the beach.
The house has:
- Air conditioning in the bedrooms and living areas
- Large garden with leafy outlook
- High ceilings
- Open plan kitchen with spacious living areas
- Shared bathroom for the two rooms (own bathroom if a couple)
- Additional spare room downstairs which could be used as an office/hobby space (to be agreed upon with all tenants first)
The house will be mostly unfurnished once the previous tenants have vacated, so any contribution to furniture for shared living areas and kitchen utilities is welcomed.
We are all very respectful and easy going, and would love a chance to get to know you and catch up from time to time.

About the flatmates
We’re a mix of long term locals and internationals living in an amazing spot backing onto bushland, 100m to Wurtulla Beach. You’ll be sharing a space with an active, hilarious Argentinian (30F) who is usually busy working and studying and enjoys sports, the outdoors and drinking maté in her free time. Her girlfriend may also move in sometime this year so there is a possibility of another tenant to share with (your rent will be reduced at this time).
Me (29F) and my partner (31M) live on the property too, I’m often pottering around in the garden when I’m not at work but we have our own living area, kitchen and bathroom so you won’t see us in the house most days. My partner has a small workshop separate from the house where he builds custom surfboards, you’ll get discount boards and ding repairs so other surfers encouraged to apply.
