Private entrance to the side of the property plus off street parking. Sliding door off the bedroom & door off the living area exit to a covered area with tables, chairs & webber BBQ. Overlooks a large back yard.
Main kitchen and dining area is shared with two other people. Kitchen is well equipped with kitchen appliances for those who like cooking. Your own seperate fridge is also provided.
All this including all utilities & 5G unlimited very fast WiFi. Property is literally a couple of house blocks from a bus stop. Walking distance from a corner shop, parks and swimming pool.
Applicants must provide driver’s license or other official form of ID plus a referee that can be contacted by telephone. Cost is $300 per week for 1 person, $400 for 2 people/couples. Only $250 if you are willing and/or sharing with another person ie backpackers & students. Linen can be provided and washed for you and shared areas cleaned by me. Two weeks rent for bond plus minimum of one week’s rent in advance prior to moving in. Sorry, no pets except for caged birds, no children and smokers welcome.
