Hi all,
I work full time as a Business Analyst in CBD. I am friendly and chilled out. I like going out for hikes, brunches, cafes on the weekends and do enjoy watching Netflix whenever I can..:).
I have occupied other room in the unit and looking forward to share my unit with a housemate who is chilled out, clean and responsible. I keep my place clean and tidy and expect the same from my future housemate.
Also, electricity and gas bills are included but is capped at a particular amount. Internet is separate.
