We are looking for a clean and responsible female to join us.

🛏 Room: Fully furnished ( 2 single beds, wardrobe with mirror, attached balcony), clean and well-ventilated

🏠 Apartment: Shared with 3 respectful, easy-going housemates and the apartment is on 14th floor with an exceptional view

📅Available: from 20th February 2026 (flexible)

💰 Rent: AUD 320 per week (payable every Monday) and bond 1150

🧾 Bills: shared – gas and electricity as per usage
